David Cruzan, LPC, SRT, CPTT

Veteran | Trauma-Informed Counselor

I spent over 16 years serving in the Intelligence Community, where clarity, discretion, and responsibility were essential. A pivotal transition in my own life led me into the work of counseling—walking alongside others as they navigate trauma, loss, addiction, and relational strain.

My approach is steady, respectful, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to move forward at their own pace.
